Ingredients
- 1 large mango diced
- 1 large avocado diced
- 2 slices pineapple cored and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 orange peel grated
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tbsp gingerroot finely grated
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 4 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Mint leaves
- 4 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Cilantro
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar

Instructions
- Place mango, avocado, pineapple and chopped herbs in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients until well blended.
- Pour over fruit, toss gently.
- Chill before serving.
