- 2 medium cucumber
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cider
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Baby Dill chopped

Instructions
- Thinly slice cucumbers.
- Layer them into a colander placing salt between each layer.
- Place the colander over a bowl and leave it to drain for 1 hour.
- Rinse cucumbers to remove excess salt, pat dry.
- Heat the sugar and cider vinegar until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat to cool.
- Pour cider mixture over the cucumbers, leave to marinate 2 hours.
- Drain the cucumbers.
- Add dill and cider.
- Pepper to taste.
- Chill before serving.
