Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together biscuit mix, chives and creole seasoning.
  3. Add in sausage, onion, celery, mustard and buttermilk. Mix well. This may take a bit if work, but it will eventually all work in. Once this is mixed well, add cheese and mix again.
  4. Roll into one inch balls and place about an inch apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 23 minutes or until golden.
