  • 1 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • 2 sprigs Mariposa Farms Fresh Rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Heat oil and rosemary on low heat about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve in place of butter.
