Black Bean & Pineapple Salsa

Black Bean & Pineapple Salsa

This recipe is great served with crackers or tortilla chips. You may also want to try it with grilled chicken or fish!
Servings 8 people


  • 30 oz black beans drain and rinse
  • 20 oz pineapple tidbits or chunks drained, or 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 package Mariposa Farms Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno finely chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients except cilantro. Stir in cilantro. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
