Zucchini with Garlic and Oregano
To add a splash of color, try using half zucchini and half summer squash.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 4 medium zucchini sliced
- 3 tsp fresh Mariposa Farms Oregano finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, saute the garlic in oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the zucchini, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until zucchini is crisp tender.
