Salmon Chive Spread
Break out the fancy crackers or just the plain ol' saltines for this tasty dip!
Ingredients
- 15 ounces canned salmon Alaskan king or sockeye, well drained
- 7 ounces greek yogurt
- 2 ounces smoked salmon finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives chopped
- 2 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove bones and skin from salmon and break into small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, smoked salmon, onion, chives, and mustard until well blended. Fold in salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve on your choice of cracker.
