Salmon Chive Spread
Break out the fancy crackers or just the plain ol' saltines for this tasty dip!

- 15 ounces canned salmon Alaskan king or sockeye, well drained
- 7 ounces greek yogurt
- 2 ounces smoked salmon finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives chopped
- 2 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Remove bones and skin from salmon and break into small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, smoked salmon, onion, chives, and mustard until well blended. Fold in salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve on your choice of cracker.
