  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix garlic, rosemary, cumin, cookies flavor enhancer and rub the mixture all over the pork.
  2. Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Add the pork and cook, turning as necessary. You want to sear the outside of the pork tenderloin, this should take roughly 4-6 minutes.
  3. Place the skillet in the oven and roast until the internal temperature is: 145 for medium rare with a rest time of 3 minutes, or 150 for medium with a rest time of 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven when it reaches the desired temperature. After allowing the meat to rest, slice, and place on serving platter. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, serve and enjoy.
