Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a heavy large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic; saute 30 seconds.
  3. Add chopped herbs and vinegar; cook 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a bowl.
  5. Whisk in syrup and mustard.
  6. Place chicken in a glass baking dish.
  7. Pour marinade over, turn to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with pepper.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  10. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
  11. Saute chicken for 2 minutes per side.
  12. Reduce heat to medium and let chicken cook until browned and cooked through.
  13. Transfer to a platter and garnish with fresh rosemary.
