Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves large
- 2 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 2 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives chopped
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 6 chicken breast boneless, skinless

Instructions
- Heat oil in a heavy large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic; saute 30 seconds.
- Add chopped herbs and vinegar; cook 30 seconds.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Whisk in syrup and mustard.
- Place chicken in a glass baking dish.
- Pour marinade over, turn to coat.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
- Saute chicken for 2 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to medium and let chicken cook until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with fresh rosemary.
