- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Sage
- 12 trout or bluegill filets
- Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Remove from heat.
- Add lemon and sage.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Brush entire fish with butter mixture.
- Grill over medium-high heat about 4 minutes on each side or until just opaque in the center.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
