- 16 ice cubes
- 3/4 cup Mariposa Farms Fresh Lavender Leaves
- 2 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 lemons
- 5 cup cold water

Instructions
- Place ice cubes into a pitcher.
- Place the lavender into a bowl and pour the boiling water over it.
- Allow to steep for about 10 minutes before straining and discarding the lavender.
- Mix the sugar into the hot lavender water.
- Pour into the pitcher with ice.
- Squeeze lemon juice into pitcher getting as much juice out as possible.
- Top pitcher off with cool water and stir.
- Adjust lemon and sugar to taste.
