Instructions
  1. Using either a large bowl or a stand mixer, pour the lukewarm water in the bowl, sprinkle the sugar and the yeast over the water. Leave it sit until the yeast is activated (foamy), should be 5-10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the avocado oil, freshly chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Gradually add the bread flour, mixing until the dough comes together.
  3. If using the stand mixer, use the dough hook and knead on low for 7-10 minutes, or until elastic. If not using a mixer, turn out onto a lightly floured working surface and knead until elastic, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough with either plastic or a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm area until double in size, usually between an hour to an hour and a half. Punch down the dough and turn out onto the lightly floured working surface.
  5. Work the dough into a circular or football shaped loaf, place on a pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place again for 45 minutes or until double in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  7. Brush the top of the loaf with avocado oil and sprinkle with Mrs Dash Table Blend and chopped herbs. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until its a light golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool for a while before you slice and serve.
