Cook pasta according to the directions on the package; however do not add any salt or oil during the cooking process. When its tender drain, rinse and drain again.
Using a large bowl add the pasta, 2 tsp of olive oil, basil, oregano, cookies flavor enhancer to the hot pasta and toss well to coat and combine.
In a large nonstick skillet using medium-high heat, add the remaining 2 tsp of oil. Add the tomatoes and garlic; saute for about 2 minutes and add the chives and thyme; saute for an additional minute or until the tomatoes are getting a charred appearance to them. Add in the chicken broth and boil for 1 minute.
Add the tomato mixture, parsley and ricotta cheese to the pasta and gently toss to combine. Serve warm and enjoy!
