  1. Grind the ham into a medium size bowl and add the next four ingredients. Combine the mayo and mustard in a small bowl; add to the medium bowl and mix well. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  2. Serve on crackers, toast, or buns. Add a few leaves of arugula to your sandwich for a healthy and tasty sandwich.
