Cream Cheese and Fresh Dill and Chives Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2-3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Dill rinsed and chopped, reserve a little to sprinkle on top
- 2-3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives rinsed and chopped, reserve a little to sprinkle on top
- 1 tbsp scallions minced
- 1 lg clove garlic peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp Cookies Flavor Enhancer
Instructions
- Using a food processor; combine the cream cheese, dill, chives, scallions, garlic, sour cream and Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Using the pulse button, blend until everything is combined and it has a smooth but not to thick consistency.
- Scrape the contents of the food processor bowl into a serving bowl, cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle the reserved dill and chives on top, serve with crackers, veggies. chips or bagel bites.
