  1. Using a food processor; combine the cream cheese, dill, chives, scallions, garlic, sour cream and Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Using the pulse button, blend until everything is combined and it has a smooth but not to thick consistency.
  2. Scrape the contents of the food processor bowl into a serving bowl, cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle the reserved dill and chives on top, serve with crackers, veggies. chips or bagel bites.
