In a large bowl combine crushed pretzels, 1/3 cup melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Blend thoroughly. Press the pretzel mixture into a pie plate and bake for 5 minutes.
Using the same bowl, add the crushed cookies, add the rest of the melted butter, the bacon (less 1/4 cup), eggs, the rest of the sugar, the chipolte peppers, lemon juice and flour and mix thoroughly.
Carefully pour the mixture into the pie crust. Top with the rest of the bacon and the chocolate chips. Pour a can of sweetened condensed milk over the top of the pie and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges of the pie start to turn a golden brown.
