Chipolte Cherry Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hard apple cider
- 1 pkg Mariposa Farms Chipolte Peppers Re-hydrated and seeded
- 1/2 cup cherries pitted (you can use frozen)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine the cider and cherries in a small pot and bring to boil. Cook until cherries are beginning to break down and cider is reduced by half.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Add lemon juice and taste. You may need to add more lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
