- 4 cups Mariposa Farms Fresh Basil leaves packed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 tsp kosher salt coarse
- Combine basil, olive oil, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until it forms a paste. Add cheese and salt. Blend until smooth. Put into small bowl. Top with olive oil. Chill.
