Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 slices crisp cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Baby Dill Finely Chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add crumbled bacon and dill and mix thoroughly.
- In another bowl mix the milk, oil and egg until well blended.
- Stir the liquid into the cornmeal mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into a greased 8" by 8" square pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
