Salmon Chive Spread

Break out the fancy crackers or just the plain ol' saltines for this tasty dip!

Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces canned salmon Alaskan king or sockeye, well drained
  • 7 ounces greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives chopped
  • 2 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove bones and skin from salmon and break into small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, smoked salmon, onion, chives, and mustard until well blended. Fold in salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve on your choice of cracker.
