Grilled Herb Pork Chops

Serve these delectable pork chops with grilled veggies and potatoes for a healthy summertime meal.

  • 2 8 oz pork chops
  • 2 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Marjoram minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat grill on high heat.
  • Mix together oil, marjoram, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub about a teaspoon of this mixture on each side of pork chop.
  • Reduce the grill heat to medium. Grill pork until done, turning once. Approximately 8 minutes.
