- 1 cup Mariposa Farms Fresh Italian Flat Parsley coarsley chopped
- 1 cup Mariposa Farms Fresh Sorrel chopped
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives
- 1/4 cup walnuts coarsley chopped, toasted
- 1 tbs capers
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 slice white bread 1 oz. each slice
Fish
- 8 Salmon Filet 6 oz., 1 in. thick each filet
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
- To prepare sauce, combine first 10 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
- Preheat boiler.
- To prepare fish, sprinkle fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve fish with sorrel sauce.
