Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 1 cup Mariposa Farms Fresh Italian Flat Parsley coarsley chopped
  • 1 cup Mariposa Farms Fresh Sorrel chopped
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives
  • 1/4 cup walnuts coarsley chopped, toasted
  • 1 tbs capers
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 slice white bread 1 oz. each slice

Fish

  • 8 Salmon Filet 6 oz., 1 in. thick each filet
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • To prepare sauce, combine first 10 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
  • Preheat boiler.
  • To prepare fish, sprinkle fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve fish with sorrel sauce.
