Remoulade Sauce
Use this sauce for dipping shrimp or put it on crab cakes. Try it on your fries or veggies!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yellow onion cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup green onions white and green parts
- 1/4 cup celery cut into pieces
- 6 cloves garlic peeled
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp horseradish prepared
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne peper
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Italian Flat Parsley
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth. Put into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
