- 4 oz water
- 4 oz honey
- 1 pkg Mariposa Farms Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 cup fruit puree i.e. pear, peaches, apple mandarin oranges
- Make a simple syrup with the rosemary by bringing water and honey to a boil in a saucepan. Stir until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and add one sprig of the rosemary. Let set for 2-2 1/2 hours. Remove rosemary and refrigerate until ready to mix drink.
- To make the drink - mix 1 ounce of the simple syrup and 1 oz of the fruit puree in a champagne glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with rosemary if desired and serve.
