Remoulade Sauce

Remoulade Sauce

Use this sauce for dipping shrimp or put it on crab cakes. Try it on your fries or veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup yellow onion cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup green onions white and green parts
  • 1/4 cup celery cut into pieces
  • 6 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp horseradish prepared
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne peper
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Mariposa Farms Fresh Italian Flat Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth. Put into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
