  1. Remove bones and skin from salmon and break into small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, smoked salmon, onion, chives, and mustard until well blended. Fold in salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Serve on your choice of cracker.
