This whiskey mojito is a spin off of the classic rum based mojito, but will impress the whiskey drinker. The sugar balances the sour of the lime and the honey pairs perfectly with a bourbon.
Separate leaves from about 3 sprigs worth of mint.
Using a cocktail shaker, shake the Mariposa Farms Fresh Mint with half of a lime, whiskey, honey, sugar, and ice.
Pour the mixed ingredients in a glass over ginger ale and additional ice. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
