garlic

salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat grill on high heat.
Mix together oil, marjoram, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub about a teaspoon of this mixture on each side of pork chop.
Reduce the grill heat to medium. Grill pork until done, turning once. Approximately 8 minutes.
