- 4 nectarines fully ripe
- 1 bunch Mariposa Farms Fresh Sorrel
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- shredded coconut for garnish
- Rinse nectarines and wipe dry.
- Halve all of the nectarines, remove pits and coarsely chop, reserving 1/3 cup of the chopped nectarine.
- Rinse sorrel and spin dry.
- Add all ingredients but coconut to food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with coconut and and nectarine pieces.
