Ingredients

zucchini
spiralized

grape tomatoes
halved

kalamata olives
pitted

cucumber
diced
1/4
cup
red onion
thinly sliced or diced

feta cheese
crumbled

olive oil
extra virgin

lemon juice

chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl add zucchini, tomatoes, onion, olives, cucumber and cheese. Mix slightly.
Blend olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over zucchini mixture and toss. Let set in refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve.
