Very tasty and savory potatoes seasoned with fresh chives.

Instructions
  1. Combine broth, potatoes and lemon juice in a large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender for about 15 minutes.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, transfer potatoes to a large bowl.
  4. Add wine to broth and boil until reduced to 1/3 cup for about 12 minutes.
  5. Return potatoes to pot and cook until heated through for about 4 minutes.
  6. Add chopped chives.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
