In large mixing bowl combine first 3 dressing ingredients, mix well. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and mix until well blended. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to box directions, drain and rinse under cold water. Toss all ingredients (Except Dressing) in a large bowl. Add dressing to taste, (you may have left over dressing).
