  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prep a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients, stir in the herbs and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the dry ingredients in the large bowl, stir until combined.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured area, pat the dough into a 2 inch thick circle. Using a biscuit cutter, cut out each biscuit and place on the parchment paper. Brush each biscuit with a little milk and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven and place biscuits on a serving plate. ENJOY!
