Ingredients

flour

yellow cornmeal
1/2

sugar

baking powder
1/2

salt

slices crisp cooked bacon
crumbled

tbsp
Mariposa Farms Fresh Baby Dill
Finely Chopped

milk
1/4
cup
butter
melted

egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F
In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add crumbled bacon and dill and mix thoroughly.
In another bowl mix the milk, oil and egg until well blended.
Stir the liquid into the cornmeal mixture until just combined.
Spoon the batter into a greased 8″ by 8″ square pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
