The Super Bowl is upon us once again. Even though my team didn’t make it that far this year, I will still be parked in front of the television watching the game (and the commercials!). No party for me this year, but here are a couple recipes that will work for a party crowd or just a small get together. Check out our other recipes for more ideas!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cheese, herbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip wings in butter then roll in the dry mixture. Lay on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.

Super Bowl Dip
This dip can be eaten warm or cold. Substitute the breakfast sausage with 2 small cans of chicken for a completely different taste. Serve with potato chips, crackers, tortilla chips or even pork rinds.

  1. Cook sausage (crumble) and drain well.
  2. Combine sausage (or chicken), cream cheese, chives and Rotel. Mix well. Heat or chill, depending on how you wish to serve.
