  1. Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Work butter into mixture with a fork until blended well. There should still be a few pea sized pieces. Mix in herbs and cheeses.
  2. Add the milk and stir to combine. Place dough on a floured surface and knead gently until it comes together. Form into a disc approximately one inch thick. Cut into eight triangles.
  3. Arrange triangles on a baking pan about two inches apart. Bake 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
