All Occasion Butter
Use this with grilled meats for dipping or brush it on the meat as it is cooking. It’s also a great dip for breads and vegetables. Spread it on bread and heat for a change from everyday garlic bread.

Ingredients

butter
melted

garlic
minced

shallot
minced

Dijon mustard

horseradish
prepared

cayenne pepper
more or less to taste
1/4

paprika
juice from 1/2 a lemon

Mariposa Farms Fresh Chives
chopped

tsp
Mariposa Farms Fresh Thyme
minced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl combine butter, garlic, shallot, mustard, horseradish, cayenne, paprika and lemon juice. Mix well with whisk.
Stir in chives and thyme and season with salt and pepper.
Place on plastic wrap and roll into a tube shape, wrap and seal ends.
Use immediately or refrigerate and save for later.
